Building on 15 years+ experience in the education technology field with roles including teaching, teacher training, consultancy and business development, I now work with education stakeholders and industry to drive innovation and digital transformation. With excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers, I have an aptitude for inspiring, guiding, motivating and influencing at all levels. A degree in Chemistry and range of varied range of technical roles has given me a strong technical background. I am dynamic and open in my approach to problem solving and am always keen to “think outside the box”. My main strengths are adaptability, dependability and the determination to succeed, as proven by my varied work experiences in teaching and the progress I have currently made in my education and career. Consistently exceeding sales targets in recent roles is testament to this. As a reflective professional I try to learn something new from every experience, because I believe there is always room for self-improvement both personally and professionally. A horizon scanner, I am always looking ahead for the next opportunity whilst nurturing those existing ones.
