Second-year Health and Performance Science student at University College Dublin with a strong interest in strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, and athletic development. My passion for sport science began following an ACL injury, which sparked my interest in rehabilitation, biomechanics, and performance training. I have gained coaching experience working with young athletes through Kilmacud Crokes GAA and school-based sport programmes, developing strong coaching, communication, and teamwork skills. Passionate about using exercise to improve health, wellbeing, and athletic performance.
Assisting in the delivery of Strength & Conditioning programmes with DLR Waves FC U23s as part of my college placement. Working alongside experienced coaches in a high-performance environment to support player development and gain practical experience.
Assisting with the delivery of gym-based strength and conditioning sessions for the minor girls Gaelic football and camogie team.
Currently undertaking an internship as an athletic development coach at Kilmacud Crokes Gaa club. I am working with the U13 boys football team aiming to improve their speed, strength, power, agility and movement skills. Both pre- and post-testing were and will be conducted
I worked in a summer camp in st.Laurences, National school, Greystones, where I coached and worked with children to improve their fundamental skills through sports and gymnastics training.
