About

Second-year Health and Performance Science student at University College Dublin with a strong interest in strength & conditioning, physiotherapy, and athletic development. My passion for sport science began following an ACL injury, which sparked my interest in rehabilitation, biomechanics, and performance training. I have gained coaching experience working with young athletes through Kilmacud Crokes GAA and school-based sport programmes, developing strong coaching, communication, and teamwork skills. Passionate about using exercise to improve health, wellbeing, and athletic performance.
