With the overall responsibility for the Operations Department at Infoserve I was responsible for management of Software Development, Design, Data (Strategy & Implementation) Copywriting and Technical Teams. I also played a key role in improving company process and problem solving in the other parts of the business. Delivered key projects such as Cityvisitor and CRM systems. Reporting directly Managing Director and reporting monthly to the board.
Manage a team of Developers, Designers, Copywriters and IT Administrators. Planning, Researching and the creation of Briefs. Monitor project progress and troubleshoot development issues with the developers. Co-ordinate and liaise with the company's development partners. Report weekly to key stakeholders. Manage the maintenance and ongoing development of the company's live critical products. Chair weekly developments progress meetings with the company's board. Recruit and interview potential developers. Set and maintain documentation standards. Procure services, software and servers required for the company's products. Manage the deployment of products into the NHS at Secondary and Primary Care Level. Support Clients and Employees on our Applications and General Troubleshooting. Translate between business users and technical users.
