As President and Founder, I: – Define the strategic vision and long-term goals of the organization – Coordinate teams and oversee all major initiatives – Develop partnerships with institutions, communities, and energy professionals – Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and educational events – Promote accessible, inclusive approaches to clean energy solutions *This is a volunteer position carried out alongside my full-time professional role.*
• Generating quotes and supplying customers with high quality, accurate project proposals, often in response to highly complex and formal utility RFQs • Identifying customer needs and supporting in evaluating the technology and its potential applications; • Managing project pipeline of medium and long-term opportunities spanning multiple states, project types, and markets • Evaluating product specific market requirements and contributing to the product development roadmap • Providing reporting to general management
Coordinate the project team in an international environment. Responsible for the execution and the reporting of the respective project in the given time frame, cost target and quality level. • Drive and manage projects in the areas of: . New platform or subsystem projects . New features and aesthetical design . Cost reduction . Quality improvement • Platform or subsystem standardization • Lead project teams & cooperate with cross-functional teams • Control project/product costs and investments • Create investment requests • Organize test- and pilot series with the production • Analysis of technical solutions with suppliers, factory and other involved functions • Drive standardization & modularization • Create component and product specifications
Responsible for mechanical engineering issues related to Residential and Commercial products • Engineering support of full range of SunPower Mechanical Products • Participate in new product design reviews and FMEA process with development teams • Provide new product release and deployment readiness recommendations to product engineering management • Investigate customer complaints, conduct failure analysis (FA), and provide investigation and FA reports • Work with technical service engineers (TSEs) and O&M technicians to address product issues and be the final subject matter experts for escalations. • Analyze escalated field issues and troubleshoot/solve product/system problems identified during commissioning or system operation. Involve development team in corrective action plan as needed. Validate effectiveness of solution and train O&M teams for implantation of corrective action • Review training materials, vendor product change notifications, SPWR engineering change notifications, and device guides/installation manuals. Provide content as needed
