Including learning and development, performance and recruitment of technical consultants.
ITC focal point for the UN wide SAP (ERP) implementation, including product integration testing, data cleansing, end user training, training of trainers, troubleshooting and business process streamlining.
Including HR policy, administrative casework, reporting and recruitment.
I was responsible for the promotion and sales of Merck Sharp and Dohme's product portfolio in the North of England, with particular focus on cardiovascular and pain relief medications. Initially working in primary care, then promoted to working with secondary care health professionals, I was responsible for sales and educational meetings and workshops, client relationship building, business reporting and the mentoring / training of colleagues. A relocation to Geneva led to moving from Merck to working in the United Nations agencies.
