* Oversee all aspects of marketing and sales including bid preparations, personnel and strategies * Develop and implement marketing strategy to strengthen market penetration both geographically and corporately. * Develop forecast models for capital and inventory demands utilizing market data, industry trends, and historical performance of equipment and personnel. * Budget & Administrative Management- Ensure that weekly and monthly reports are produced timely and correctly for financials, job cost analysis, accounts payable and receivables. * Oversee and ensure quality control measures and systematic analysis in the event of tool or other performance issues. * Communicate with client representatives to plan and design Directional Oil & Gas wells within desired parameters and legal allowances. * Develop and oversee technology initiatives and associated budget projections. * Develop and oversee the maintenance of a comprehensive database for every job account and client. * Maintain safety oversight of personnel, training, equipment and tools inventory and assessment for all employees in Region.
