Life Science R&D Campus, Alzey near Frankfurt Acting as Project Manager for sitewide infrastructure (including landscape, civil, electrical, and ICT disciplines) on a large-scale greenfield development. Coordinating internal design teams and external planners / consultants, aligning deliverables with client expectations, as well as managing scope, resources, and inputs from other project "workstreams" throughout Basic and Detailed Design stages. 2. Hyperscale Data Centre Extension, Munich Supporting the client as Owner’s Representative for the extension of an existing colocation data centre. Coordinating various stakeholders throughout all project phases from design to construction and procurement to commissioning. The challenge of the project lies in developing the extension and carrying out integration while the existing data centre remains fully operational.
Conducting research on the impact of digitalization and AI applications on functions, processes, and stakeholders within the context of district development.
Supporting feasibility studies for high-density mixed-use projects and preparing proposals for projects and advisory services. Contributing to projects in the role of Junior Project Manager. 1. Office Building Levelingstraße, Munich Assisting coordination with multi-disc design teams, monitoring project performance using Earned Value Management, and supporting costing and scheduling. 2. Tenant Fit-Out Macherei, Munich Supporting the project from concept design through tendering, contributing to coordination with clients, designers, and the landlord. Developing evaluation criteria for general contractor bids, and supporting contractual matters.
Conducting feasibility studies and strategic analyses for the future development of plants and buildings within the Corporate Real Estate department. Presenting and tracking projects through different maturity stages and steering committees.
