Maintained an active brokerage business exclusively representing over one million rentable square feet of office product and assisting numerous Tenants evaluate their real estate needs.
Office Leasing specialist focused on Interstate 680 corridor. Main focus was Institutional Landlord Representation in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill and Concord. Completed over 1,500 lease and sale transactions. Began Managing the Walnut Creek and Pleasanton offices in early 2000's. Doubled the amount of agents working in offices and quadrupled the annual gross revenue.
Began career in market research, attending numerous training events and seminars, including CBRE University in Chicago. Transitioned to a one year runnership under the tutelage of two senior brokers. In 1992, was recognized as East Bay Rookie of the Year. In 1997, was a Top 5 producer in the Walnut Creek office.
