The Service and Project Portfolio team is in charge of the infrastructure and end-user service portfolio and catalogue, the project portfolio management and strategic planning of infrastructure services for the Volvo Group. We also provide project and program management for the infrastructure project portfolio, including the management of an extended network of internal and external project resources who contribute to infrastructure service development projects.
