Oprichter van Hondverdomme, een onderneming gespecialiseerd in hondentraining, canine fitness en performance. Mijn missie is om honden en hun begeleiders te ontwikkelen tot sterke, gebalanceerde en performante teams. Daarbij vertrek ik vanuit een duidelijke visie: niet enkel trainen op gedrag, maar werken aan het totaalbeeld van de hond – fysiek, mentaal en emotioneel. Binnen Hondverdomme combineer ik praktijkgerichte training met een gestructureerde en doordachte aanpak. Dit vertaalt zich in trajecten en workshops rond gehoorzaamheid, impulscontrole, sport en fitness, telkens met focus op kwaliteit, progressie en samenwerking tussen hond en eigenaar. Daarnaast ontwikkel ik met FitLab een data-gedreven aanpak waarbij objectieve metingen en analyse centraal staan. Door gebruik te maken van bewegingsanalyse, fysiologische monitoring en gestructureerde evaluaties, kunnen we gerichter trainen, prestaties verbeteren en blessures helpen voorkomen. Mijn werk richt zich zowel op: Eigenaars die hun hond beter willen begrijpen en begeleiden Sportteams die hun prestaties willen optimaliseren Honden die nood hebben aan een doordachte opbouw of herstel De rode draad in alles wat ik doe: een duurzame ontwikkeling van hond én begeleider, met als einddoel een team dat zelfstandig, sterk en in balans functioneert.
Responsible for the Maintain in DBFM Projects and contracts. Consists of hard - and soft facilities. Striving for Design and build to maintain with optimal reliability. Constant aiming for the right balance between CAPEX, OPEX, SHEQ and technical availability Asset -, Account -, Contract - and Servicemanagement.
Responsible for the general maintenance department and by extension responsible for all MRO activities (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) of Colruyt Group Technics. Consists of hard - and soft facilities. Reliability, maintenance and asset management for all infrastructure assets. Constant searching for the right balance between CAPEX, OPEX, SHEQ and technical availability.
Team leader site coordinators. Managing team and overall responsibility for the ins and outs of all running construction sites.
Project manager of construction projects. Managing project teams from owner's point of view. Connection internal partners, managing their requirements and translating them to the project team. Head responsible for the project triangle (scope, time and cost) and transferring the site to the operational teams. Realizations: New store of Colruyt Koksijde, renovation Colruyt Bornem, renovation of Colruyt Nivelles and start up of different other projects.
