Dealer Operations - Used Cars, Service, Parts and Petrol Forecourt at Royston and Stapleford + General Manager Hyundai Cambridge Rapidly deploying a new franchise with a completely new team, no database, developing an interim sales showroom and transformation from a body shop into a service centre/MOT capable operation. Includes managing all operational aspects of a new Dealer start-up, hiring, training, embedding systems and process, managing brand engagement across service, parts and sales, managing initial business start up, ensuring integration into OEM & group operations. After notice of the forthcoming business sale, I relocated to be close to family and friends.
Role made redundant due to COVID 19 - Responsible for managing centralised teams, headline projects (directing McKinsey project team), developing sales growth initiatives, commercial controls and profit development across the Inchcape Motor Group. Assisted with development of in-house digital & CRM solution to support new D2C strategy, sales margin growth planning and BI solution configuration, improved overhead optimisation and logistics management.
