In the Partnership Development Representative role at the Millennium Alliance, I’m responsible for reaching out to and vetting the most relevant solution providers for the executives within our membership, to help fulfill their solution gaps and open initiatives.
I welcome in customers, players, and event guests while creating a friendly, helpful experience while also managing facility operations, including opening on weekends, preparing fields and common areas, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. I also support events and provide responsive customer service with bar and food service, including transactions and inventory.
I manage the social media accounts by taking pictures and videos, editing them, and posting them to FFF Academy NYC platforms like Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and Youtube. I also use Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Mailchimp for the ad campaigns and emailings about updates and programs the FFF Academy NYC has to offer.
During the US Open, I verified credentials for over 200 VIPs, high-profile guests, and professional tennis athletes at the Arthur Ashe Stadium President’s Entrance, ensuring a secure and seamless arrival experience. Over the two weeks of the tournament, I supported on-site event operations in coordination with the USTA and various sponsorship partners, helping deliver consistent, high-quality activations. I worked closely with security, event operations, and guest services teams to coordinate logistics for prominent attendees, contributing to the smooth execution of one of the world’s largest sporting events.
During my time with the Tampa Bay Sun Football Club, I assisted with the setup and teardown of game day activations, signage, field equipment, benches, locker rooms, and other operational tasks as needed to support smooth match execution. I helped coordinate the preparation of both the stadium and training facility for private events and all Spring season match days, ensuring each space was organized and event-ready. Additionally, I oversaw the setup of player and staff locker rooms, making sure every individual had the necessary apparel and equipment across nine match days, contributing to a professional and efficient game day environment.
