Company staff in winter season was 450+. Budget dollars allocated for Sales, Marketing, Recruiting and Housing departments was in excess of $2Million. Sales and Marketing Departments included three regional markets over 20 direct reporting staff. Recruiting responsibilities included development and implementation of strategies related to the hiring of 225- 325 seasonal employees. This included local hiring, US domestic and International staff. Budget in excess of $1.1million.
Responsible for the day to day management and oversight of 225 vehicle fleet, 350 drivers (in season) and the safe, reliable transfers of 400,000 passengers annually, this included driver and employee scheduling, logistics, vehicle maintenance and airport counter guest service.
