IT Manager - Luxottica Retail UK Ltd (Sunglass Hut, David Clulow Opticians, John Lewis Opticians) Reporting to the market General Manager, and working alongside the corporate IT team in Milan and in alignment with Luxottica’s IT teams around the world, I was responsible for all aspects of IT for the retail businesses in United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark and Belgium. This included support for all in-store systems and applications, network and hardware infrastructure and support for office or field based users. By 2021 the store count had reached 230 with 1200 store and 100 office or field users. I built and lead a team of five IT professionals and from 2016 was a member of the UK retail Senior Leadership Team.
