Under the Country Digitization Acceleration (CDA) program, setting up and conducting new projects to speed up Turkiye's digitization jurney. Basic responsabilities are as follows: • Defining project concept • Identifying correct partner • Conducting project meetings with the customer and the partner • Preparing neccessary documentation according to Cisco's purchasing procedures • Getting approvals for project implementation • Preparing project contract as per Cisco's procedures • Following up project progress • Coordinating and supporting sales and technical teams • Coordinating project and program based meeting in domestic and international environment • Collecting proof of deliveries during project implementation • Making the acceptance of the project • Following the accruals and setting up the payments • Preparing pr documents for project presentations to public • Preparing notes, reports and presantation for upper management teams • Budget management for whole program on project, quarterly, yearly and overall basis.
• Setting up EU project office in ODTÜ Teknokent to serve academia and tech companies. • Developing programs and projects to facilitate collaboration between university and the enterprises located within ODTÜ Teknokent • Ensuring smooth practice of day-to-day operations regarding the accurate practice of Technology Development Zones Law (4691) • Relationship development with public institutions, universities, research centers, associations, companies and other NGOs to facilitate all means of cooperation amongst these • Guiding and directing a team of 8 employees to maintain the day-to-day operations of the unit, as well as to develop and run new programs, to write and manage new projects, to cluster companies according to their fields of interest and thus facilitate cooperation, by utilizing the European Union, and public funds • Upon consultation of the relevant government institution, providing feedback and commenting on new amendments of laws and regulations in areas of technology transfer (TTO), clustering, patenting, technology development, export incentives, R&D incentives and support mechanisms, university-industry collaboration • Proctoring the R&D intensity of the tenant company projects, and supporting these SMEs to receive from and feed to the know-how from the University • Representing ODTÜ Teknokent and its tenant companies in various official occasions and meetings
• Management of the company and all consulting services to domestic and international companies • Trade activities in local and international markets • Representation and project development for foreign companies in Turkey, such as MERCADOS, INDRA, INSNEC etc. • Coordinating and following up of relations with private, public and foreign institutions involved in energy and defence sectors. Relationship management and business development with EÜAŞ and TEİAŞ. • Technical evaluation of new applications for projects in electricity, gas, cement, petrochemicals, and defense sectors. • Preparation of technical and administrative TOR’s for electricity, gas, cement, and defense sectors projects • Wind turbine and hydro central’s location feasibility analysis and matching of existing licenses with potential investors. • Providing consultancy in evaluations of project proposal in energy, cement, petrochemicals and defense sectors, and providing consultancy for privatization on behalf of public and private institutions at both national and international level. • Following up national and international laws and legislations for developing sectors. • Marketing national and international companies’ products in domestic and international markets • Developing, conducting and reporting market surveys for national and international companies. • Creating new markets for national and foreign companies and products and/or increasing market shares of aforementioned products and companies. • Preparing documents, files and proposals for tenders. • Creating and implementing industrial and trade projects. • Offset project development for international defence companies, and creating business opportunities for national firms. • Outsourcing service contracts for custom, export-import service requirements of foreign companies. • Translation of documents from Turkish to English and French; from English and French to Turkish.
