At Gini Talent, I work as a Search Engine Quality Improvement Specialist in partnership with Yandex. In this position, I analyze search results to improve accuracy and user experience and develop strategies to raise quality standards. I aim to improve the performance of search engine algorithms by applying user-centric, data-driven approaches.
I completed my mandatory internship at Krea Makine, focusing on the management and optimization of mass production processes. I worked on robotic welding analysis and stock management, gaining hands-on experience in automation systems, quality control processes, and production management by closely observing the machinery on the production line. Additionally, I contributed to monitoring production processes and conducting efficiency improvement analyses. Throughout the internship, I effectively maintained team communication and strengthened my practical knowledge in factory operations and manufacturing engineering.
