Materials Engineering Master’s student at RWTH Aachen with a mechanical background. Currently working on thermoset processing at IKV by bridging numerical simulations with hands on shop floor trials. Highly passionate about green energy, backed by specialized coursework in hydrogen technologies, fuel cells, and electrolysis. • Designed and modified component geometries and rib structures for improved mechanical performance and manufacturability. • Performed injection molding simulations for thermoset materials using Moldex3D and Sigmasoft. • Supported practical production trials by operating and configuring injection molding machines. • Conducted Design of Experiments (DoE) studies to evaluate and validate process parameter behavior.
• Supported engineering teams in monitoring system functionality and operational reliability. • Observed maintenance planning, purchasing processes, and technical meetings within an industrial energy facility.
• Gained hands on manufacturing experience in mold component machining and CNC operations. • Used precision measurement tools and worked with technical drawings, tolerancing, and machining processes. • Gained exposure to CAM, CNC programming, and production workflows in a manufacturing environment.
