As the Commercial Director of Risk Management & Multinational Clients at Marsh McLennan Netherlands, I lead the commercial integration of our four powerhouse businesses - Marsh, Mercer, Oliver Wyman, and Guy Carpenter - under the One Enterprise strategy. My goal is to deliver best-in-class risk management solutions and strategic insights, enabling our clients to thrive in an increasingly complex global landscape. I oversee the servicing and growth of risk management & multinational clients, supporting companies with a turnover of €500M+ for Marsh and those exceeding €1bn in revenue and 3,000+ employees for Mercer. Main responsibilities are; • Client & account strategy and results, including strategic coordination and leading of broking, servicing and sales activities with major Global Accounts clients • Strong influence across the Aon organisation to align resources across geographic (including international), functional and business unit boundaries to best serve major clients. • Actively involved and leading innovative responses to RFP’s of clients with a broad international team of internal and external stakeholders. • Strategic involvement on Global Accounts clients – build and maintain relationships with clients at senior level Member of the Management Team Global Accounts & Financial Institutions department.
