With my background as an Engineer, it is important to me to deliver the right solutions that will directly or indirectly help clients improve themselves and reach their full potential.
Driven by my passion for engaging with customers and maximizing their potential, I transitioned into an Account Manager role. Leveraging my expertise as a former Cloud Engineer, I utilize my technical proficiencies to craft innovative solutions that truly enhance clients' business outcomes. In my role as an Account Manager, I was responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with clients, gain insights into their unique requirements, and recommend solutions to get their full potential. Additionally, I am responsible for growing OfficeGrip's customer base by expanding our network and to get in touch with new organizations.
As a Microsoft technology-centered enterprise, I worked at OfficeGrip as a Cloud Engineer to facilitate customers in their migration to the Cloud. Next to the regular project activities, my responsibilities included creating Office 365 and Azure infrastructure designs and occasionally collaborating on proposal preparations. I also assumed the role of technical lead in several extensive projects, overseeing their entire scope.
Upon completing my studies, I joined an IT services company to gain more experience in the business market and technology field. My responsibilities included supporting customers and performing small migrations, as well as developing several PowerShell scripts. I enjoyed interacting with customers and to deliver value through technology.
