Operations and Logistics: - Perform daily operations, including inbound and outbound logistics and dispatch of delivery orders, in a fast-paced environment with varying conditions (ambient, chiller, and freezer). Operations Team Support: - OBPS (Outbound): Assist pickers with issues related to damaged or missing items during the picking process. - DPPS (Dispatch): Ensure smooth dispatching processes and assist drivers with missing bags from orders. - IBPS (Inbound): Monitor unreceived goods in the warehouse, assign stowers to stow them, raise and follow up on Trouble Tickets with key stakeholders, and assist stowers with any issues. Learning and Development (L&D) Team Support: - Train new associates through virtual and on-the-job training. - Evaluate associates' job performance and conduct retraining sessions as needed. - Provide training for associates on new rollouts. Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Team Support: - Inspect logistics for quality and quantity. - Prepare daily skip pick reports and maintain updated warehouse inventory. - Audit and locate discrepancies in warehouse inventory. - Conduct in-depth analyses for large inventory adjustments. - Ensure products and packages are sent out in prime condition. - Assess and investigate customer complaints regarding products.
