About

Hi, I’m Levon. I care deeply about how technology, systems, and policy come together to shape a society that works better for everyone. I’m especially interested in how governments can adapt to rapid change, whether in tech regulation, digital infrastructure, or future mobility. To me, good governance is not just about ambition. It is about frameworks that are practical, resilient, and built for real-world impact. I hope to serve in the public sector and contribute to work that is forward-thinking and centred on the public good. I am still early in my journey, but I am committed to learning, thinking critically, and building toward something meaningful. I am always happy to connect with people who care about public service, policy, or technology, or anyone who enjoys thoughtful conversations about how we can build better systems.
