Hi, I’m Levon. I care deeply about how technology, systems, and policy come together to shape a society that works better for everyone. I’m especially interested in how governments can adapt to rapid change, whether in tech regulation, digital infrastructure, or future mobility. To me, good governance is not just about ambition. It is about frameworks that are practical, resilient, and built for real-world impact. I hope to serve in the public sector and contribute to work that is forward-thinking and centred on the public good. I am still early in my journey, but I am committed to learning, thinking critically, and building toward something meaningful. -Redesigned and automated five core finance processes using Excel and Word Macros, improving workflow speed and data accuracy. -Delivered an estimated annual time saving of over 500 man-hours by replacing manual procedures with automated templates and scripts. -Worked closely with finance officers to understand operational challenges and develop tailored automation solutions that fit existing systems. -Documented process improvements and trained end users to ensure long-term adoption and continuity.

-Unit Level Innovation Incentive Award (SAF Medical Corps Safety & Innovation Day 2024) -Best Soldier of the Month Award(Nov 2023) -Outstanding Soldier of the Month Award(July 2023) -Spearheaded the creation of a departmental dashboard and database, utilizing Power BI to create the dashboard and Excel to store the data. -Conducted and held a Microsoft Power BI workshop for over 100 participants, which improved their understanding and proficiency in the software -Automated various tasks in the department through the use of VBA, which increased efficiency and saved time -Conducted thorough research through self-study to develop expertise in dashboard creation. -Presented the findings of the department through the departmental dashboard to management. -Member of the NSF council, helped plan and organize various activities to boost the welfare of NSFs in HQMC
