Assuming ownership of the International Markets - Growth department, I directed operations, development and top-line growth efforts across the newly formed CEE markets. By leading a talented team of country and development managers, I played a pivotal role in driving expansion efforts in the region and fostering a culture of innovation.
In August '18 I extended my responsibilities to general Business Development Manager at ABOUT YOU. In this new role I was responsible for driving projects across all markets also aimed at growing our core business, reporting directly to Managing Directors. As a generalist I am uniquely positioned to coordinate and support our internal departments ever remaining goal-focused. Therefore I was involved in a wide scope of activities, in order to solve new problems and overcome project blockers.
My foundational experience as a Financial Analyst in the Treasury department honed my skills in stakeholder management, financial analysis and budgeting. I excelled in reporting cash positions, managing funding instruments with various external stakeholders, and aligning cash flows to ensure financial integrity.
