I’ve spent 15 years designing learning experiences for companies like Collins Aerospace, Motorola Solutions, and V2X but for the past year, I’ve been building. That lens shapes every product decision I make, from onboarding flow to engagement design to what gets cut. My background spans Fortune 500 companies across aerospace, defense, financial services, and cybersecurity. I’ve led cross-functional teams, managed enterprise-wide training technology portfolios, and shipped learning products used by thousands of people. Now I’m channeling that experience into product management and entrepreneurship, building tools that solve real problems for real people. Modernized a legacy library of compliance and banking eLearning courses, rebuilding them in Articulate Storyline 360 with updated interactions, assessments, and accessibility standards. Led the end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise training programs for a global aerospace and defense organization. Owned the full product lifecycle from needs analysis through deployment — managing stakeholder relationships, content strategy, and cross-functional coordination across multiple simultaneous projects. Introduced scalable processes that reduced development time and improved consistency across the learning portfolio.
