Excited to have assisted financial institutions technology experts Aasys Group as General Counsel and SVP of Strategic Alliances. In addition to cyber security and compliance expertise, the Aasys Group provides financial institutions and others with audit, risk assessment and data governance services.
Led and restructured the University’s School of Business; mentored and hired faculty and staff. Taught undergraduate and graduate courses.
After identifying and organizing a group of local business leaders, filed an application to organize a new community bank. I successfully filed state and federal applications, identified and renovated offices, contracted with dozens of vendors, hired the start-up team and raised approximately $6 million.
