Analysed aircraft landing gear loads and aircraft flutter characteristics including whirl flutter. Monitor in flight flutter testing. Performed ground vibration testing including pretest analysis, test setup and data acquisition. Utilize NASTRAN, Simcenter3D, MATLAB, and FEMAP.
Coordinate part design requirements to produce engineering models and drawings of aircraft components. Modeled and designed parts using CATIA V6.
I worked in the Illinois Department of Transportation District Two bridge inspection unit as summer technical help 2016. I inspected ninety-five structures structures according to National Bridge Inspection Standards and Element Level Inspection standards. Inspections ensured structural functionality and safety. To complete these inspections I performed visual, underwater sonar, ultrasonic, and acoustic sounding inspections. Following inspections, I complied the data from these inspections into inspection reports. I worked with a wide range of employees from senior engineers to entry level highway maintainers. I also scheduled the inspections according to location and inspection requirements thus making the bridge inspection unit more efficient.
