About

I bring 35 years of healthcare leadership experience to my role as Vice President of Healthcare at InspireCorps. My background spans medical devices, healthcare IT systems, and executive consulting, giving him firsthand knowledge of the pressures healthcare providers face today. Throughout my career, I have implemented solutions that improve operational efficiency, maintain legal compliance, and enhance clinical safety. More than that, my focus has always been on the people delivering patient care: the providers, leaders, and teams who show up every day to care for others. At InspireCorps, I work with healthcare organizations to create lasting change rooted in evidence-based practices. We address the specific challenges healthcare leaders face, helping providers and executives reconnect with why they entered healthcare in the first place: delivering compassionate care to their communities. Utilizing InspireCorps' research-backed methodology with healthcare expertise, we support leaders and teams to do their best work, while maintaining high standards of patient care. I see this work as part of a broader shift in healthcare, one that helps leaders rediscover meaning in their work while achieving strong organizational results.
