Positioned as the manager of the pub's front-of-house team. Covered a wide range of responsibilities including: recruiting and interviewing new staff, organising events, designing menus, managing stock and deliveries, creating staff rotas, staff training, and cellar maintenance & management alongside usual bar and waiting work.
Primarily bartending, however gained experience in all front-of-house positions as well as sous chef and kitchen porter. Helped with management jobs, especially cellar maintenance and management. Enjoyed getting to know pub regulars and providing great customer service.
