Recruited by the CRO to restructure the $325M Americas go to market team to coincide with corporate transformation from managed services to software. Defined organizational strategy, built capacity planning model for resource allocation, retooled talent profile, collaborated with stakeholders and successfully led program execution and launch. Established and reinforced a new operating model which drove Q4 Y/Y new ACV growth of 5%. Responsible for 175 employees. • Brought new SAAS offering to market, institutionalized best practices for software sales resulting in $15M of closed new ACV bookings and $100M in generated pipeline in first 6 months of availability
