I'm a Mechanical Engineering Professional with a B.Tech degree from Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kerala. Currently I am working as a Manager- Retail Design & Delivery at Reem Mall, Abu Dhabi. My previous tenure was with Vindico as a Retail Delivery Manager/Tenant Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi. My key responsibilities were the following- • Efficiently Manage, Supervise and Monitor the projects. • Liaising with developers, tenants, designers & Fit-out contractors. • Engaging with tenants to brief on Mall Criteria, limitations and milestones. • Follow-up on Concept and Shop drawings from the tenant designer. • Leadership in reviewing drawings against developer’s manual. • Scheduling weekly/regular meeting to resolve issues hindering fit out progress. • Technical guidance on the Base build provisions. • Quality Supervision of day to day works & providing Technical supports to them for effective & quick troubleshooting. • Carry out Inspections in reference to approved drawings. • Ensure safety of personnel & quality of work as per the industry standards. • Coordinate with tenant consultants for Authority requirements and approvals. • Ensure smooth running of projects by Tracking delays in design and fit-out stages. • Strict follow up to complete the project within pre-defined schedule. • Manage Project Close Out documents for asset team. My next experience was with MEP Division of a leading Construction Company - M/s. Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC. as a Mechanical Engineer/MEP Coordinator. My successful projects are the following - 1) Residential and Commercial towers at Town Square Development. 2) Residential Villas at Green Community,DIP. I have also worked in an Electro Mechanical Contracting Company - Proton Engineering LLC. It is an MEP Contracting firm based in UAE. The Company is specialized in providing MEP Fit out Solutions for residential and commercial buildings. The Company handles Design, Execution, Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical & Electrical Services throughout UAE. The various challenges that I have faced in my job has helped me to have an enriching and rewarding experience in terms of learning new concepts and applying what I have learnt.
