Manage inventory for clinical simulation and the school of nursing, participate in clinical simulation of Junior and Senior level nursing students, and supervise junior nursing students at their clinical setting.
Work in clinical simulation for junior and senior nursing student. I am an on site clinical instructor for Junior nursing students. I am responsible for tracking equipment usage and ordering nursing supplies. I am also an AHA instructor for BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
I am an ER Nurse with 14 years of experience. I also instructed at Norwich University School of Nursing for 3 years where I would assist with clinical simulation on high fidelity manikins and a birthing simulator. I also instructed Math for Meds, Physical Assessment, and Pharmacology. As an adjunct instruct I would observe student nurses in the clinical environment and assist as needed. I have a 10 year background as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with Neonatal and Pediatric Specialist credentials.
14 years of Emergency Medicine experience, clinical instructor for 3 years with Norwich University that includes 3 years of Clinical Simulation Lab, classroom instruction of Math for Meds, physical assessment, and pharmacology. Recently graduated with my MSN in Nursing Education. Also 10 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with NPS certification.
