As a former premiership-winning Port Adelaide footballer turned senior leader in the construction industry, I bring a strong focus on performance, leadership, and culture to everything I do. My career has evolved from project delivery into leading People & Performance at BluBuilt Constructions, while continuing to play a key role in business development, strategic growth, and client engagement. I am responsible for strengthening our leadership capability, building scalable people and performance frameworks, and ensuring our culture supports both accountability and growth. Alongside this, I work closely with clients, partners, and industry networks to create opportunity, expand our presence, and position BluBuilt to secure and deliver increasingly larger and more complex projects across South Australia. BluBuilt has established itself as a trusted contractor across civil, building, and fitout, delivering for government, councils, and private clients. I am proud to contribute to the foundations behind that success—our people, our culture, and the relationships that drive long-term partnerships. Outside of BluBuilt, I serve as President of the Port Adelaide Football Club Past Players & Officials Association, maintaining strong ties to the club and its community. I’m passionate about leadership, building high-performing teams, and creating opportunity through strong relationships and trust.
