Being responsible for 16-20 staff members in total Responsible for international product development and strategy for web, mobile, payment services and internal tools Responsible for CRO, CRM- and pricing-strategy to increase revenues and overall platform engagement Achievements: Streamlining of strategic development by implementing a synchronized roadmap of all product sub-departments, defining a product vision to create a clear view on priorities and set up a resource planning module to eliminate 'bottleneck'-situations. Full international platform redesign to increase UX and maintain state of the art interfaces.

Being responsible for 11-15 staff members in total Responsible for international product development and strategy for web, mobile, payment services, CRO and internal tools. Achievements: Multiple country-launches, rebrandings and launches of additional brands in countries where Affintitas was already present Increase in efficiency in planning and processing of country launches by implementing a template system, and a vast improvement of revenues per lead by testing and implementing new features and paywall configurations.
Heading Product Department for user-facing development by directly managing a team of 4-6 product managers. Responsible for international product development for web, mobile, SEO- andlanding-pages. Achievements: Implementation of Kanban in SEO- and landing pages development to process market requirements quicker, reduce time to market and increase progress-visibility. I also increased registration-to-lead conversion by 120% by testing and implementing new landing page-designs.
