My main role was to facilitate the development of custom software. I led the teams that implemented these software solutions. The projects included a state-of-the-art biotech SaaS software. This innovative platform streamlined the client's research data management and increased the efficiency of their electronic lab journal. I also led the development of a daycare SaaS software solution that streamlined customer acquisition, center management, occupancy tracking, and billing processes for over 75 daycare centers. Furthermore I oversaw the development of a truly innovative app for diabetics that would allow them to scan their meals and calculate the carbohydrate content of the meal to reduce estimation errors. My responsibilities extended beyond project management to include Scrum Master duties, ensuring that agile methodologies were effectively applied.
I served as the overall project manager, focusing on the implementation of e-mobility charging infrastructure. I spearheaded a project to equip over 100 underground parkings with charging stations for electric vehicles, overseeing all aspects from concept development and on-site planning to building owner representation and contractor coordination. In addition, I assisted the company in the generation of leads for solar power systems on industrial buildings.

I held the position of Overall Project Manager, where I managed the merger of two contracting units into an independent subsidiary. This complex project involved the management of 13 sub-projects. This included implementing new processes and changing the IT infrastructure. Later, when the project load decreased, I moved to the development of new energy contracting products.
