Energetic and experienced C-level executive (CEO, COO, CFO) with strong team building and execution skills. During the first 9 years of my career, I focused on Financial Services, both as an M&A adviser and principal investor. I enjoyed the high-paced environment and met a ton of brilliant, ambitious and inspiring people across my colleagues, clients and target management teams. Whilst I enjoyed the analytical and client facing side of the job, I also realised that my true passion was for Leadership and company building and thus I joined my last bank client to start my executive management career. Over 7 years at the bank, I led many company building and transformation initiatives, including acquisitions, organic growth, replatforming the IT landscape and building new digital business models. I was then hired by one of my suppliers to lead their largest subsidiary. I was part of the senior management team of this PE-owned software company for 3 years and focused on transforming the business by combining software and services businesses into a SaaS business model. The business was ultimately sold in a >$2bn exit to a strategic acquirer. This experience led me „full circle“ back to the PE world, where I then consulted as a senior adviser. Most recently, I was hired by the Sopra Steria Group to restructure its German subsidiary Sopra Financial Technology (CEO) and then help transform Sopra Banking Software (COO). Sopra Banking Software was then sold and together with Axway Software now forms the 74Software Group, where I hold the position of Group CFO. We are currently building a European leader in enterprise solutions for mission-critical software in a data-driven world. 74Software was formed through the merger of Axway and SBS (ex Sopra Banking Software) to form a global software house. 74Software is the home for leading software brands with mission-critical enterprise and infrastructure applications serving a growing range of markets and geographies – each with their own identities and value propositions. Currently, the majority of our clients are from the financial services industry, but we also serve other sectors with a need for mission-critical in a data-driven world. I currently serve as Group CFO as we build out our platform to drive shareholder value creation through organic and inorganic growth.
Led transformation of company into a market-led and product-centric SaaS company by reducing reliance on on-premise software delivery with high customization and professional services share and increasing recurring standard software revenue. Merged with Axway Software to form 74Software.

Advising PE funds on identifying, analysing and executing investment opportunities in the Financial Technology and Financial Services space. Establishing value-creation strategies for portfolio companies. Working with C-Level of growth companies on strategy, organisation and business development. Helping owners with financing and M&A needs.
Helping to consolidate company strategy and operating model after several acquisitions to build a B2B wealth management SaaS platform for the mid-market. Successful exit to private equity group Pollen Street Capital in August 2024.
