We give new arrivals a chance to enter the Swedish labor market. The method is a digital service that matches new arrivals with simple jobs and thereby gives them credentials and reviews - a kind of social trust building tool. Our goal is to bring the time it takes for a newly arrived person to get a full-time job in Sweden down from 8 to 2 years. Impact investors include Norrsken Foundation (founded by Niklas Adalberth, Co-Founder of Klarna) and Lars-Henrik Friis Molin (Founder of Universum Group).
