As Managing Director of Quantec Sensors, I held full responsibility for strategy, financial performance and day-to-day operations in a resource-constrained technology business. I spun off Quantec Sensor from Quantec Group and transferred into Senture GmbH.
As Head of Sales and member of the management board, I built and led the global sales organisation of a technology-driven wind energy company during its commercialisation phase. I implemented structured sales processes, KPIs and CRM systems while balancing market expansion, organisational scaling and strict budget constraints in an early-stage growth environment.
I reorganised and led multi-regional sales teams across Europe, CIS and Africa in a complex industrial environment. The role required structuring distributed organisations, aligning regional execution with global strategy and managing sales performance across diverse regulatory and cultural contexts.
