Mock-up and Field Test Management: Oversee all mock-up inspections and site field tests as per specifications. Team Training: Train site teams on finishing standards, including concrete and other finishing work. QHSE Oversight: Manage all on-site QHSE activities, technical including rework measurement. Project QHSE Assistance: Support project quality personnel as needed. Site the QHSE Walkthrough Program: Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the Site Quality Walkthrough program. Non-Conformance Management: In coordination with QC Engineers, manage NCRs, CANs, CARs, and observations from initiation to closure. QHSE Communication: Convey project quality requirements to all relevant departments, suppliers, and subcontractors, addressing any issues that arise at the interfaces between these groups.
