Supporting the organization to achieve long-term and outcome oriented goals incrementally and iteratively through OKRs, helping disciplinary leaders to adopt leadership styles and lead teams in complex environments, and co-leading our company internal Apprentice Program to coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Developers in cooperation with external Coaches from the Scrum Alliance.
My goal is to enable people to work in an agile environment, to spread the agile mindset across the company and facilitate the Dev Teams' continuous improvement. To support this on an organizational level as well, I contribute as an OKR champ to applying the OKR framework in our company.
