I have a 20 year history within Siemens Nixdorf, Siemens, Wincor Nixdorf and finally in Diebold Nixdorf in several positions within Services Division. I got nominated as Local Process owner for Incident Management (PRISMA / ITIL Project). I'm continuously working on several improvement projects which are leading to savings, flexibility and opportunities in customer projects, always with an E2E focus. I managed intercultural teams up to 30 people (onsite + virtual) and showed very good team leading and mentoring skills according to the feedback from them and my line managers. I was setting up new rules and guidelines for project management in my area of responsibility. Currently I'm working as Senior Project Manager for Service clients.
