• Responsible for the IT areas Infrastructure (On-Premise/ Cloud (Azure) - Server and Networks; Unified Communication & Collaboration), Workplace, Office 365 and Basis Applications, Service Desk and Security for DE, AT, CZ, PL of Tchibo Coffee Service GmbH. • Technical responsibility of 4 employees as well as management of external teams and provider management • Responsible for strategy, design/architecture, implementation and optimization as well as lifecycle of services and products • Project management for the integration of the separate IT systems DE, AT, CZ, PL into Tchibo GmbH • Interface between local business units, external service providers and internal IT as well as IT teams in UK
• Responsible for the IT areas Infrastructure (On-Premise/ Cloud (Azure) - Server and Networks; Unified Communication & Collaboration), Workplace, Office 365 and Basis Applications, Service Desk and Security for DE, AT, CZ, PL, UK • Technical and disciplinary responsibility of 7 employees (international), additional technical responsibility of 3 employees (international) as well as management of external teams and provider management • Responsible for strategy, design/architecture, implementation and optimization as well as lifecycle of services and products • Restructuring and consolidation of sites as well as transformation of operations and processes according to ITIL (Operational Excellence) • Definition of operational processes and introduction of a managed service for D365 FO/ CE • Transformation to a cloud only operation based on Microsoft Azure and O365 • Implementation and responsibility of Information Security with EDR Tools, Zero Trust and 3rd Party BackUp • Contract design, contract negotiation and contract renewal to extend external services and save costs
• Responsible for telecommunication (incl. Unified Communication and Web Collaboration) for internal and external customers (managed service and outsourcing); • Process and operation analysis incl. optimization of different telecommunication units; • Reorganization of the telecommunication unit; • Interface between internal telecommunication units in Germany, Czech Republic, US and India and external customers; • Requirements management for telecommunication (technical and economic analysis of new products / new services); • Project management; • Provider management
• Managed service solution design for project management as a service; • Responsible for IPv6 rollout of approximately 10.000 network devices in over 250 different locations in AMERICAS, APAC and EMEA; • Rollout planning incl. coordination and steering of WAN/MPLS Providers of all locations
