Business and strategy lead for our global Utilities, Communications, and Rail business at Octave — a software platform serving network operators across electric utilities, water, telecoms, and rail across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific. My current focus: transforming a mature portfolio into an integrated Network Intelligence platform. The energy transition is creating real operational pressure for utilities — grid modernization, electrification, aging infrastructure, workforce gaps. Software needs to do more than document networks. It needs to make them intelligent. That's what we're building. My background spans both sides of that equation. I've worked inside a major Swiss utility, co-founded a digital health company, led hardware go-to-market, and run innovation programs both inside of companies as well as nation-wide. Industrial engineer by training, executive MBA from EPFL and HEC Lausanne. I understand how complex industrial businesses operate — and what it takes to move them.
Leading the global strategy and execution for Octave’s (Hexagon ALI’s) Utilities, Communications, and Rail business — a multi-product software platform serving network operators across three regions. Full product portfolio strategy, go-to-market architecture, cloud delivery transformation, customer success in North America, EMIA, and APAC, as well as cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, sales, and solution design. Positioning the platform from network documentation to Network Intelligence — spanning design, documentation, and real-time operational awareness — to serve utilities navigating grid modernization and the energy transition. Operating with P&L accountability across a global customer base spanning utilities, telecoms, and water operators in Europe, the Americas, and APAC.
Cross-divisional business development role focused on identifying and building new revenue opportunities across Hexagon’s industrial software portfolio. Worked across business units to structure partnerships, evaluate market adjacencies, and develop commercial frameworks for emerging product categories. Operated at the intersection of product strategy and sales — bridging technical capability with market opportunity.
Led go-to-market for Leica BLK2FLY — Hexagon’s autonomous flying laser scanning platform. Responsible for market entry strategy, commercial partnerships, and sales enablement across key geographies. Took an early-stage hardware product from internal development into active commercial deployment. Worked across engineering, product, and regional sales to define the customer segments, use cases, and channel model required to scale.
