AI is changing how information is discovered. Search is no longer just Google. It’s ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity and other systems that decide what gets seen. Most companies are not prepared for this. I work at the intersection of capital markets, technology and AI. At DZ BANK, I focus on trading systems and apply AI in real workflows — from internal tools to practical use cases. My background spans software engineering, product and business, which helps me bridge the gap between technical capabilities and real-world application. What I’ve been seeing: AI is already changing how people interact with systems internally. But an even bigger shift is happening externally, in how informaion is discovered and visibility works. That’s why I’m building Ragberry. We work on and build in the space of AI Search Optimization, helping companies become visible in systems like ChatGPT and Google AI. • Promotion to Senior Software Engineer Jan 2024 • Strategically engineered and owned the Frontend Architecture that enabled the European expansion of the brokerage platform • Led projects that required complex stakeholder management and multi-domain knowledge from Frontend, Backend and Cloud Engineering • Created several Full Stack features with high performance needs, e.g. dynamic transaction lists with pagination • Advised product managers on technical solutions for business needs, e.g. changes in the onboarding journey for new users • Managed the resolution of time-critical technical outages with company-wide impact, e.g. no trading for over 800,000 clients
• Owned the product development process end-to-end for one B2B partnership and coordinated with all relevant stakeholders, especially external partners • Designed solutions for operational bottlenecks and coordinated their implementations, e.g. handling of bounced SEPA payments • Led the establishment of client-service teams for new B2B partnerships, handled client requests hands-on and supervised junior client-service employees
