- 100% project member - company diagnosis (leading interviews and workshops, OEE-analysis, day in the life of (DILO)-analysis, gap analysis of processes, observation of meetings) - identification and prioritization of measures for process optimization - generation and tracking of work breakdown structure with identified measures - regular reporting to management
