● +12 years of corporate finance experience of which ~10 years in private equity and private investment capacity ● Experience includes sourcing, assessing and evaluating attractiveness of potential investment opportunities, transaction process execution and management, financing, investment case execution and value creation in portfolio companies through active ownership and board participation (e.g. performance management, strategy, governance, financing, add-on acquisitions, disposals etc.) and exits ● Broad transaction experience across the entirety of the Nordics including experience through full investment cycle, from initial assessment, subsequent acquisition to completed sale. Extensive experience with all aspects of the transaction process (i.e. sourcing, assessment, due diligence, internal stakeholder management, commercial negotiations, financing etc.) and documentation (e.g. share purchase agreements, shareholder and management incentive agreements, financing documentation, W&I insurance etc.) ● Experience with different ownership constellations (e.g. majority and minority, buy-out, co-investment and partnership with founders) and strategies (private equity and long-term hold) ● Relevant experience primarily within technology, business services and industrial sectors Contact: [email protected]
