With over 17 years of experience across retail, e-commerce, and business operations, I’ve built my career around improving systems, leading teams, and delivering efficient, customer-focused execution. I began my career in multi-unit retail operations, where I developed a strong foundation in inventory management, team leadership, and day-to-day operational execution. Over time, I progressed into senior leadership roles, overseeing high-volume environments that required structure, accountability, and consistent performance across multiple locations. As a General Manager, I led end-to-end retail and distribution operations, managing inventory, fulfillment processes, workforce planning, and performance tracking. My focus has always been on improving efficiency, strengthening team capability, and building reliable operational systems that support growth. In addition to large-scale retail operations, I’ve also worked in client-facing environments where I supported businesses in aligning their operational needs with tailored system solutions. Outside of corporate roles, I’ve also built hands-on business experience as a co-owner/operator in a retail food business, managing sourcing, inventory control, and daily operations. I’ve also developed skilled trade experience through a second-generation tile installation business, specializing in large-format installations, estimating, procurement, and project execution.
