Founded the voluntary organization Kongsberg in Our Hearts together with fiery Geir Loe Winsrygg in 2019. Kongsberg in our hearts carry out and synchronize voluntary work to preserve or make available Kongsberg's cultural heritage in collaboration with Stats Skog and Kongsberg Municipality. Has been awarded the Volunteer Award and the Development Award in Kongsberg.

In my role as QA Manager at Kongsberg Maritime Offshore, I was responsible for building a quality department, implementing a Continual Improvement Project model, and developing a mandatory Quality Assurance training program.
