I have been a storyteller for as long as I can remember. I hope to be able to use my skills in storytelling, writing, editing, project management, and much more to work within a provincial, local, or nonprofit organization to help young people with marginalized social identities find their place in the world.

Described processes and practices for a variety of enterprise software solutions including Zammad, VitXi, and Blesta. Drafted and templated email replies to Frequently Asked Questions. Triaged, responded to, and closed more than 50 service requests, email customer inquiries, and phone calls for a new line of service within the first 48 hours after launch.
