I build compliance systems that regulators don't break. And I've been doing this kind of work for 25+ years. Software Architect. Engineering Leader. Still shipping code. Started at Sun Microsystems and Oracle — deep in enterprise ERP, Oracle Fusion, J2EE platforms, distributed transactions at scale. That foundation never leaves you. Then spent a decade specializing in CPQ, sales configurators and rule engines — mass customisation, configure-price-quote, Drools-based decision systems for complex B2B sales. Built things that still run in production somewhere. --- Today: AML & compliance infrastructure. I design and build high-throughput KYC pipelines, sanctions screening engines, adverse media processing and AML risk scoring systems for fintech clients — using a modern stack built for the job: TypeScript · NestJS · BullMQ · Redis · PostgreSQL + pgvector · GCP · CQRS · event-driven microservices · webhook infrastructure I know what regulated software looks like under real load. I've done the fintech API integrations, the webhook retry logic, the audit trail design, the data model that survives a compliance audit. --- On the side: building a Palantir-inspired AML intelligence platform. Graph-based entity resolution. Compliance signal aggregation. Risk scoring with vector embeddings. A boutique SaaS for the compliance teams that Palantir is too expensive for — and off-the-shelf tools too dumb for. Because the problem deserves a proper solution. --- Domain background: Fintech · AML/KYC · CPQ & Sales Configurators · Order Fulfilment · Supply Chain · eCommerce · Healthcare · IoT · Industry 4.0 · Business Intelligence --- Heritage stack: Oracle ERP · Oracle Fusion · J2EE · Java · Drools · Spring · Hibernate · Node.js · Angular · AWS --- If you're building something in compliance tech, fintech infrastructure or just want to talk architecture — say hello. 📩 [email protected]
I am contributing to a significant project at Bright Inventions for the World Food Programme—a global initiative that leverages technology to combat hunger. As part of the PIT project, I have undertaken a comprehensive restructuring of the architecture, adopting Clean Architecture and CQRS principles to enhance code organization, maintainability, and scalability. In addition to architectural improvements, I drive strategic enhancements to optimize performance and enable long-term development capabilities, ensuring the system is not only efficient but also adaptable to future growth and challenges. My role emphasizes delivering robust solutions that align with both immediate operational needs and overarching organizational goals.
Leading development of mobile Oracle Configuration. Leading development of new Business Intelligence framework ( Extract-Transform-Load infrastructure, Report Management, Mobile frontend).
Leading, architecting, participating in development of mobile version of Oracle Configurator.
I am leading team of engineers developing knowledge base of Oracle's hardware sales Configurator. Additionally I do research and prototyping for various software components and supporting tools. I coordinate software development process within my team and sometime cross-team within my organization.
