Working as a Business Intelligence manager at The LEGO Group, at the LEGO Education division. Leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data is visually compelling and actionable for stakeholders. Main focus was Conducting in-depth analyses to identify business trends, opportunities, and risks, translating data into strategic recommendations for senior management. All data analysis was done in a Model I developed, with a continued focus on adding data scourses and ensure data quality.
Working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at the LEGO Group, at the LEGO Education division. My main responsibility is to drive and deliver insights on all sales related topics, by leveraging OrderManagement- and CST data. My personal contribution includes an atomisation of all sales reporting driven out of PowerBI, previously a manuel and time consuming excel task. Furthermore I developed and maintains an ecosystem of reports and dashboards driven out of the same datamodel created In PowerBI, to ensure the business has "one-set of numbers".
Main focus of supporting the Owner with valid information on all economic and strategic decisions. This was mainly done by utilizing CRM and Order-management data to visual business performance, done in Tableau. Furthermore I was responsible for developing the business strategy to ensure the continued growth during the Scale-up.

My personal contribution includes an automated process for developing budget overviews and the development of a city council recommendation on the integration area.
