Roles and Responsibilities: - Support Area Manager, Leads and Associates - Act as a guide for associates and instruct them - Resolve problems associates encountered ranging from moving items between containers to identifying scannable barcodes on damaged packaging and changing dispositions of items - Dealing with data and technical issues to help speeding the process - Sorting out the problems with the items sold by Amazon or 3rd parties (FBA, TSI)
